Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Opportunity | Lexington, NC

We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support students in an educational setting in Lexington, NC. The PTA will provide therapeutic support services while collaborating with Physical Therapists, educators, and school staff to help students achieve their mobility and functional goals.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 27, 2027
• 30 hours per week
• Grade Levels: PreK-12th Grade
• Provide therapy services and support student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Supportive school-based environment
• Open to candidates working under virtual PT supervision

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students across a variety of age groups
