  • Adaptability and commitment to working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team setting
  • Current knowledge of school-based therapy practices and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Support physical therapists in assessing student needs and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students according to established goals and treatment plans
  • Accurately document session progress and communicate updates to therapists and educational staff
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student care
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies in the classroom and home environments
  • Help organize and lead activities to improve students' mobility, coordination, and participation in school routines
