Physical Therapist Assistant - Manvel, ND

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Associate’s degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program (accredited)
• Current, valid PTA license or eligibility in the state
• Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred
• Knowledge of IEPs and familiarity with therapy documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptable, compassionate, and willing to support students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists
• Assist in evaluating students’ physical motor skills and documenting progress
• Collaborate with educational staff to support classroom mobility and access needs
• Contribute to IEP meetings and adapt activities for optimal student participation
• Educate students, teachers, and families on mobility equipment and exercises
• Maintain confidentiality, accurate records, and professional rapport within the school community
