What you’ll bring:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Minnesota
• Experience or interest in working with school-aged children and adolescents
• Understanding of IEPs and familiarity with therapy goals in educational environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere

What you’ll do:

• Assist the supervising PT in implementing individualized physical therapy plans
• Provide direct and indirect services to students, both one-on-one and in groups
• Document student progress and communicate findings to the educational team and families
• Support students’ access to classrooms, school grounds, and extracurricular activities through adapted movement strategies
• Participate in team meetings to ensure integrated care and goal alignment
