What you’ll bring:
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Minnesota
- Experience or interest in working with school-aged children and adolescents
- Understanding of IEPs and familiarity with therapy goals in educational environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere
What you’ll do:
- Assist the supervising PT in implementing individualized physical therapy plans
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, both one-on-one and in groups
- Document student progress and communicate findings to the educational team and families
- Support students’ access to classrooms, school grounds, and extracurricular activities through adapted movement strategies
- Participate in team meetings to ensure integrated care and goal alignment
