• Holds a current license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Comfortable delivering services in school settings
• Capable of independently facilitating virtual physical therapy sessions
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to student success
• Open to recent graduates—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are valued
• Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in a virtual environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy support services to students as coordinated by supervising therapists
• Facilitate therapy sessions virtually for approximately 10 hours each week
• Collaborate with educational teams and caregivers to promote students’ mobility and participation
• Accurately document intervention sessions and progress
• Adapt goals and activities to meet student-specific IEP objectives
• Remain up-to-date with best practices and school therapy procedures
