Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Licensed to practice as an RBT in Oregon
  • Previous experience in a school environment, especially with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Familiarity with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and school teams
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow ethical guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students throughout the school day
  • Implement and document behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
  • Collect data and report progress on behavioral goals
  • Utilize strategies to encourage positive behaviors and reduce barriers to learning
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards
