Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School Setting

Location: Alexandria, Louisiana area

Position Type: Full-Time 

Schedule: Off on Mondays

School Year: End of July 2026 – End of May 2027

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and support staff to help students succeed behaviorally, socially, and academically.

Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral support to students under BCBA supervision
Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
Support students in classroom and school environments
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Promote positive behavior and student engagement

Qualifications
Active RBT certification required
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and adolescents
