Now seeking a dedicated behavioral professional to support first-grade students in a one-on-one setting for an Extended School Year assignment near Alexandria, VA. This contract-to-hire role requires either Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials and offers the rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact in a school environment with strong on-site administration for guidance and support.

Ideal candidates demonstrate expertise in providing behavioral support to young learners, with previous experience assisting students with Autism and ADHD considered especially valuable. This full-time role consists of 40 hours each week, where you’ll play a vital part in facilitating meaningful growth and achievement for elementary-age students with behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification or BCBA credential required
  • Prior experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
  • Background in supporting students with Autism and/or ADHD strongly desired
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral support and intervention to first-grade students
