Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Prior experience supporting students in educational or pediatric environments
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and data collection
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in diverse learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support the development and implementation of behavior plans tailored to student needs
• Collect and report accurate behavioral data
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and progress
• Foster a supportive environment for students with a range of behavioral, social, and communication needs
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required
