• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data on student behaviors and progress toward goals

• Contribute insights for individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress meetings
• Support the learning environment to maximize student engagement and success
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families through effective communication and support
