Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Experience providing ABA therapy in school or pediatric settings preferred

  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately
  • Flexibility and professionalism in a dynamic educational environment

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect and record data related to student behavior and progress
  • Support students one-on-one or in small groups to encourage positive behavioral outcomes
  • Work with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce behavioral strategies
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines
