Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Allentown, Pennsylvania

Make a lasting impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a dynamic school-based team! This contract role offers a chance to work directly with children and adolescents, utilizing your expertise in applied behavior analysis to help deliver meaningful, positive behavioral changes. Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and families in a welcoming educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in a school or educational setting, preferably with children or adolescents
• Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and provide consistent support
• Collaborative approach and flexibility in adapting to student needs

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student progress
• Support students in the classroom and throughout the school setting to promote success and independence
• Provide 1:1 or small group interventions targeting specific behavior goals
• Participate in team meetings, offering input on strategies and progress
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment
