Registered Behavior Technician in Alma, AR

Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to an impactful contract position supporting students in an educational setting near Alma, AR. Key Qualifications:

• Active Registry as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• BCBA licensure and demonstrated experience preferred
• Previous experience providing behavior intervention services in schools or child-focused settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Willingness to work onsite throughout the school year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a virtual BCBA
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
• Provide direct support to students, facilitating positive behavior and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with educators, administration, and families as needed
• Adhere to all school, state, and district policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
