A school district near Alma, AR is seeking an RBT to provide direct behavioral support within a school setting. This position is ideal for a behavioral professional who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with educators and clinical support staff.

Position Details:

1 RBT position available
Onsite school-based position
Assignment runs ASAP through May 2027
Provide behavioral support to students
Work under the supervision of a virtual BCBA
Support student needs throughout the school day
Collaborate with school staff and the supervising BCBA

Requirements:

Active RBT certification preferred
Experience working with students preferred
ABA or behavioral support experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient and adaptable approach
Comfortable working onsite in a school environment
