Step into a rewarding school-based role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting a student 1:1 in an engaging Texas educational setting. You'll be a vital part of promoting positive student behaviors and supporting academic and social growth for the upcoming school year.

In this contract opportunity, you’ll provide direct behavioral support to a student throughout the day, fostering a safe and structured classroom experience. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and employ ABA strategies to encourage independence, communication, and social skills. You will collect and track behavioral data, work proactively to avoid behavioral challenges, and apply de-escalation techniques when needed.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role; you'll work closely with teachers and special education staff, ensuring a unified approach while helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To thrive in this position, you should bring:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification—required or preferred per district guidelines
• Hands-on experience delivering ABA services or supporting students with behavioral needs, especially those with autism
• Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and positive reinforcement techniques
• The ability to remain calm and resourceful in challenging situations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom teamwork skills
• School-based experience is an advantage, but not required

This opportunity offers compensation in the range of $22–$27 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay options available.
