Registered Behavior Technician - Ann Arbor, MI

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within a school setting
• Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and practices
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and BCBA supervisors
• Ability to adapt quickly and respond to students’ needs in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and dedication to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior interventions under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Collect accurate data and provide timely reports to the supervising team
• Assist teachers and staff in developing effective classroom behavior strategies
• Support students in achieving their behavioral, social, and academic goals
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists for comprehensive student support
