Registered Behavior Technician - Ann Arbor, MI

We're seeking two RBTs to start as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year.

Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician will be key to implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans and tracking student progress. You’ll find fulfillment in helping students achieve their goals, develop new skills, and thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RBT certification required
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
• Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a school environment
• Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students according to individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect data on student behaviors and progress towards objectives
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collaborate daily with school staff and participate in IEP or team meetings as needed
• Communicate progress and concerns effectively to staff and families
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
