Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Ann Arbor, Michigan

We are looking for two dedicated professionals for full-time contract roles starting ASAP and running through the end of the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students as outlined in their treatment plans
• Accurately record data on behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to reinforce positive behaviors and create supportive environments
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as needed
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and school personnel regarding student growth and needs
• Maintain an encouraging and patient approach with all students
