Qualifications/Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Ability to perform data collection, implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Flexibility and adaptability for various classroom environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral support in an elementary school, or provide direct services within an ASD classroom
• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies and support academic and social-emotional goals
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other related service providers
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and training sessions
