In this role, you will work directly with students who need behavioral support, helping them thrive in the classroom environment under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Key Details & Responsibilities
Position Type: Full-Time (Contract)
Caseload: K-12 student placements available based on your experience and preference
Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collect data on student progress, provide 1:1 support, and collaborate closely with teachers and related service providers. Buildings and caseloads assigned through interview.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active RBT certification (in good standing with the BACB)
Previous experience working with children or in a school/pediatric setting is strongly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
