Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school environments
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Professionalism, reliability, and flexibility in dynamic classroom settings
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately collect data

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral therapy and interventions to students as outlined by the supervising BCBA
• Monitor, document, and report student progress using data collection systems
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ development and integration in school activities
• Deliver one-on-one or group support tailored to each student’s individualized plan
• Assist in developing and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and growth
