Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred, especially in school or educational settings
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Demonstrated patience, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school professionals
• Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines and confidentiality

Role Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students implementing behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, other staff, and BCBAs to support positive student outcomes
• Provide reinforcement and coaching following behavior intervention protocols
• Monitor and proactively respond to student needs within the school setting
• Participate in team meetings and follow up on feedback for continuous improvement
• Assist with the general classroom environment as needed
