Enjoy working a standard school day schedule, putting in 35-40 hours each week following the bell schedule. Multiple caseloads are open for discussion during interviews, typically focusing on 1:1 or 2:1 interactions with students who have diverse levels of support needs. Compensation ranges from $31–$35 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician certification (BCBA supervision provided as needed)
  • At least one year of experience in school-based ABA work
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation training
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Dependable transportation to and from the school

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support high school students’ behavioral, academic, and social-emotional growth through evidence-based strategies
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Accurately collect data and document progress
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists
  • Contribute to a safe, positive school environment by proactively managing behaviors and reinforcing positive choices
