This contract role involves working closely with students who benefit from ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies, helping them develop valuable skills both in and beyond the classroom. Qualifications:

  • Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience implementing ABA strategies in a school or pediatric environment is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect detailed data
  • Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a positive impact in students’ educational journeys

Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work one-on-one or in small group settings to provide direct behavioral support
  • Collect accurate, timely data on student progress and behavior
  • Communicate student achievements and challenges to supervising staff and other team members
  • Support teachers and other staff in integrating behavioral supports into the classroom routine
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development sessions as needed
