Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
  • Prior experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents on the autism spectrum preferred
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Comfort with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to follow detailed protocols and data collection procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small-group direct behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Accurately record and track student behaviors and progress according to established guidelines
  • Support classroom teachers in applying positive behavior strategies
  • Participate in meetings with students’ educational teams to review goals and progress
  • Modify and adapt environments or activities to support students’ behavioral and learning needs
