As a 1:1 RBT, you will work closely with students on the autism spectrum or with behavioral needs, providing individualized support throughout the school day from 7:45am to 2:45pm. Your dedication will help foster positive changes and encourage each child’s independence.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Understanding of behavior intervention strategies and ABA principles
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach to working with young children
• Ability to follow custom behavior intervention plans and data collection procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions and support K-2nd grade students
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors daily
• Foster a consistent, positive, and structured environment for learning
• Communicate student progress and concerns to the classroom team and supervisory staff
• Assist with transitions, social interactions, academic activities, and behavior management strategies
