Qualifications or Desired Experience:

  • Valid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
  • Previous experience working in a school or with children/adolescents preferred
  • Knowledge and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Professional, patient, and organized with a genuine passion for working with students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior intervention services directly to students following individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and program outcomes under BCBA/BCaBA supervision
  • Support classroom staff in integrating behavioral strategies and helping students remain engaged
  • Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth and self-advocacy
  • Participate in ongoing trainings and feedback sessions to enhance service delivery
  • Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians, educators, and families regarding progress and challenges
