Grades 9 - 12 Grades 6 - 8 Registered Behavior Technician in Arlington, TX

This opportunity seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for students across grades K-12 within a school setting. The role is a contract position based in Arlington, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide individualized 1:1 support to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support student goals.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with students in K-12 educational settings.
