1:1 Grades 6 - 8 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Arlington, Texas

What We’re Looking For:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in school settings, specifically with students from Kindergarten through Grade 12
• Understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Patience, compassion, and adaptability when supporting students with varying needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Ability to track, document, and report on student progress in a clear and timely manner

What You’ll Do:

• Work 1:1 with students to implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs
• Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate records of student progress and program outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
• Reinforce positive behaviors and help students develop academic, social, and daily living skills
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff about student developments and progress
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with school policies at all times
