Grades 9 - 12 Grades K - 5 Registered Behavior Technician in Arlington, TX

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician within school settings. Working one-on-one with children and adolescents in grades K-12, you’ll play a crucial role in helping students reach their fullest potential by implementing individualized behavioral interventions tailored to each learner’s needs. This contract role offers the chance to work in a collaborative educational environment, partnering closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure meaningful student progress.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RBT certification and in good standing
• Experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, preferably in a school environment
• Comfortable working with students across a range of grade levels (Kindergarten through 12th grade)
• Ability to adapt strategies to fit the unique needs of each student
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Organized, patient, and able to maintain accurate session documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral interventions and support to assigned students
• Collect and record data to monitor progress on behavior plans
• Collaborate with teachers, behavior analysts, and related service providers to implement strategies
• Assist with developing and generalizing social, academic, and behavioral skills
• Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as needed
