This full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact as a Special Education Teacher, BCBA, or Registered Behavior Technician. You’ll have comprehensive support from on-site administration as you help guide students with behavioral needs towards their full potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Special Education Teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Background in school-based settings preferred
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention strategies
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of students with unique learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated one-on-one support to first grade students during the Extended School Year program
  • Design and adapt individualized instructional and behavioral strategies for students with Autism, ADHD, and other behavioral needs
  • Collaborate closely with on-site administrators and school staff to ensure comprehensive support and consistency across services
  • Collect and analyze data on student progress, applying insights to adjust interventions as needed
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where each student feels valued and motivated to succeed
