Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Hold Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with active status

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to collect and accurately document behavioral data
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach when supporting students with a range of needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy to students within classroom and school settings
  • Collect precise behavioral data and communicate insights to the therapy and teaching teams
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and other support staff
  • Support students in enhancing social, communication, and adaptive skills for classroom success
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
