Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working in an educational, school, or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to adapt interventions based on student needs
• Current background check and up-to-date immunizations (as required by school policy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students throughout the school day
• Collect accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency of interventions
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Maintain student confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times
