Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) passionate about making a positive impact in an elementary school environment. This part-time, contract position offers the chance to work onsite in a supportive team setting, providing services to students with mild to moderate behavioral needs. The assignment runs from August 10 through May 21, 2027, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule (exact hours to be determined).

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, valid RBT certification
  • Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) or COOL license
  • Previous experience supporting students with mild to moderate behavioral needs, preferably in elementary education
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both students and staff
  • Adaptable and patient, with a commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
  • Comfortable in a school-based, onsite setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of onsite professionals
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support students’ educational and behavioral goals
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group support during academic and social activities
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical, professional standards at all times
