Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in an engaging and dynamic educational environment near Arvada, CO. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make meaningful contributions to the academic and behavioral success of students.

We're seeking candidates ready to step into either an Intensive Classroom setting at a high school or a flexible Floater role, depending on where the need is greatest. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 20, 2027, providing a long-term path to positively impact student lives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of RBT training (RBT certification does not need to be current)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working as an RBT in a school environment with student caseloads
  • Deep understanding of behavioral intervention strategies
  • Adaptability to function in both intensive classroom and floating support roles
  • Ability to work independently in classrooms where a BCBA is not always present

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group behavior intervention services in accordance with student IEPs and educational goals
  • Collaborate with special education and general education staff to support inclusive practices
  • Collect and maintain accurate data to monitor student progress
  • Communicate regularly with educational team members to provide input on intervention effectiveness
  • Flexibly adapt to varying assignments as a floater when needed

This full-time role is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week, with 2.5 hours of unpaid lunch, totaling 35 working hours. You’ll be providing in-person support exclusively within the school setting.
