Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Arvada, Colorado

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current CDE license (or in the process of obtaining—application cannot proceed without documentation)
• At least one year of classroom experience, preferably in a related setting
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to support students and colleagues alike

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral and academic support to a classroom of approximately ten students
• Collaborate with paraeducators, BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, and Psych/SW professionals to support student development
• Implement behavior intervention plans and data collection as outlined by team
• Utilize best practices for special education and behavioral strategies under BCBA guidance
• Maintain clear communication with staff and participate in team meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
