Registered Behavior Technician in Arvada, CO

This onsite position, located near Arvada, CO, is ideal for a certified or previously certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both the school principal and the Special Education Director to provide targeted behavioral support. As part of a small and dedicated team, your presence will help shape a positive, structured, and nurturing educational space.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active or prior RBT certification required (cannot be in training; no BCBA supervision provided)
• At least two years of direct classroom experience in a public school setting (training or private facilities do not qualify)
• Experience working with elementary-age children with autism
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance

Key Responsibilities:

• Work onsite in a specialized learning center as part of a multidisciplinary support team
• Implement behavioral strategies and interventions as indicated by student needs and school guidelines
• Collect data and monitor student progress in coordination with educators and support staff
• Foster a safe and welcoming environment conducive to learning for students with autism
• Attend brief annual trainings (2–3 days per year), with active participation required
