Step into an exciting opportunity as a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in a dynamic middle school environment. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 22, offering you the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of students while collaborating closely with a dedicated educational team.

In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one and group behavioral support within a classroom, utilizing your RBT expertise to help students reach their goals. You’ll work alongside other support staff, ensuring a collaborative and encouraging atmosphere for both students and professionals. Each day brings the potential to shape positive behaviors, reinforce effective strategies, and empower students to succeed academically and socially.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
  • Ability to provide direct behavioral interventions to children and adolescents
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working both 1:1 and in small group settings
  • Positive attitude and adaptable to evolving classroom dynamics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA-based interventions to students under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans in 1:1 and group settings
  • Accurately collect data on student behaviors and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other RBTs to promote effective support
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality within the school setting
  • Participate in classroom routines, meetings, and training as needed
