Registered Behavior Technician - Athens, GA

Step into an exciting opportunity as a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in a dynamic middle school environment. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one and group behavioral support within a classroom, utilizing your RBT expertise to help students reach their goals. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
• Ability to provide direct behavioral interventions to children and adolescents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working both 1:1 and in small group settings
• Positive attitude and adaptable to evolving classroom dynamics

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA-based interventions to students under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized behavior support plans in 1:1 and group settings
• Accurately collect data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other RBTs to promote effective support
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality within the school setting
• Participate in classroom routines, meetings, and training as needed
