As an RBT, your role will center on delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions, collaborating with educators, and fostering a supportive learning space for students. You'll have the chance to work primarily with students individually, while occasionally facilitating group sessions to build essential social and adaptive skills.

What you'll bring:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school or educational setting
• An understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to adapt to individual needs and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
• A positive attitude, patience, and strong sense of integrity
• Commitment to performing documentation and data collection with accuracy

Your responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or other certified supervisor
• Support students in reaching their behavioral and educational goals in a high school classroom
• Track progress, collect data, and report observations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to ensure consistency across learning activities
• Engage students in one-on-one support and lead small group instruction as needed
• Maintain a safe and encouraging environment for all participants
