Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
  • Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a school or pediatric environment
  • Comfort working with students across a range of ages and developmental stages
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Dependable, adaptable, and compassionate approach to supporting diverse learners
  • Ability to manage data collection and maintain accurate documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support throughout the school day
  • Help students build meaningful social, communication, and adaptive skills
  • Collect, document, and report on data to track student progress and inform ongoing interventions
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all students
