Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience supporting children or students with autism or behavioral challenges, preferably in a school environment
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record accurate data regarding student progress and behaviors
• Work directly with assigned students, helping develop functional communication, social, and daily living skills
• Support students throughout their school day, adapting strategies as needed to encourage positive behaviors
• Participate in team meetings to review data, update protocols, and discuss student progress
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
