Qualifications or Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Experience working with children or students with autism spectrum disorder or related behavioral needs
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support the well-being of students
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with school protocols

Responsibilities or Duties:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior
  • Provide direct support to students during classroom activities and routines
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help integrate behavioral strategies
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions as required
  • Support safe, positive environments that encourage student engagement and success
