• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions as directed by supervising BCBA
• Collect and record precise data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Assist with the creation and modification of individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide consistent support for students in classroom, small group, and community settings
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the educational team and families regarding student progress
• Support classroom teachers by modeling behavior strategies and sharing observations
