We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join a school team in Avon, Indiana as Special Needs Assistants/Paraprofessionals.

What You'll Do

You will work directly with students who have special needs while providing one-on-one and classroom support throughout the school day. You will assist teachers and special education staff with classroom activities, student engagement, behavioral support, and daily routines.

This position also involves helping students develop social, emotional, academic, and independent living skills while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced education professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in a school setting.

Who We're Looking For

Previous special education or behavioral experience is a plus, but you do not need years of experience to get started.
