Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred

- Current background check and eligibility to work in a school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support to students using ABA techniques during classroom and social activities
- Collect and record data on student behavior and intervention outcomes
- Collaborate with school staff and families to foster a supportive learning environment
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality and school policies
