Desired Qualifications:
- Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification, or minimum 2 years of experience as a behavior technician in a school setting
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Confidence in data collection, implementation of behavior intervention plans, and effective communication with school teams
- Ability to build rapport and work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds across K–12 grade levels
- Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions for students as assigned by supervising staff
- Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies to support student success
- Accurately document session data, reporting on student progress and challenges
