Desired Qualifications:

  • Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification, or minimum 2 years of experience as a behavior technician in a school setting
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Confidence in data collection, implementation of behavior intervention plans, and effective communication with school teams
  • Ability to build rapport and work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds across K–12 grade levels
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral interventions for students as assigned by supervising staff
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies to support student success
  • Accurately document session data, reporting on student progress and challenges
  • Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and school specialists regarding student needs
  • Adapt interventions based on observations and feedback from the educational team
  • Adhere to privacy and confidentiality requirements at all times
