Desired Qualifications:
- Active RBT License OR at least 2 years of school-based behavior technician experience
- Previous experience working with K–12 students (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with both students and school staff
- Dependability and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical behavior standards
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students alongside educational teams
- Collect data and document student progress on behavioral goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs
- Provide consistent, compassionate support to help students develop vital social, academic, and behavioral skills
- Communicate effectively with teachers, counselors, and families regarding student progress
- Attend and participate in scheduled staff meetings and professional development as required
