Desired Qualifications:

• Active RBT License OR at least 2 years of school-based behavior technician experience
• Previous experience working with K–12 students (preferred)

• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical behavior standards
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students alongside educational teams
• Collect data and document student progress on behavioral goals

• Provide consistent, compassionate support to help students develop vital social, academic, and behavioral skills
• Communicate effectively with teachers, counselors, and families regarding student progress
