Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RBT certification (must be current at time of application)
- Demonstrated school-based experience preferred, especially in pediatric or elementary settings
- Ability to commit to the full summer program schedule and all PD/in-service dates
- Reliable transportation to assigned sites
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Your Role:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in classroom settings
- Support students with autism spectrum disorder to promote social, emotional, and academic growth
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to ensure consistent support
- Collect and document behavioral data for ongoing assessment and progress monitoring
