You’ll work closely with elementary-aged students at two welcoming locations, providing direct behavioral interventions and collaborating with a supportive team. Your expertise helps create an engaging and nurturing atmosphere during both Professional Development and the summer session.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active RBT certification (must be current at time of application)
  • Demonstrated school-based experience preferred, especially in pediatric or elementary settings
  • Ability to commit to the full summer program schedule and all PD/in-service dates
  • Reliable transportation to assigned sites
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Your Role:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in classroom settings
  • Support students with autism spectrum disorder to promote social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to ensure consistent support
  • Collect and document behavioral data for ongoing assessment and progress monitoring
  • Participate in PD days, taking part in relevant training and team meetings
  • Maintain a positive and compassionate approach, fostering student confidence
