Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain patient, calm, and positive when supporting students with behavioral needs
  • Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students following individualized plans
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
  • Assist with the implementation of behavioral interventions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, and parents regarding student progress and ongoing needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions
  • Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as required
