Qualifications & Experience:

• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students in classroom and school environments
• Collect detailed behavioral data and document student progress
• Assist in training and guiding teachers or paraprofessionals in behavioral strategies
• Maintain a positive, patient, and empathetic approach throughout all interactions
