Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active RBT certification, in good standing
• Previous experience as a Behavior Specialist or similar in school settings
• Strong grasp of ABA principles and data collection

• Commitment to ethical, compassionate care for students

What You'll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one or small-group ABA therapy in classroom and related environments
• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Track student progress and document data accurately
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other team members
• Attend meetings, share observations, and support team decision-making
• Provide feedback and training to staff on behavior strategies as needed
