Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RBT certification and relevant state license required
- Experience working in educational settings (elementary, middle, or high schools) is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Passion for empowering students and supporting diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to students
- Accurately implement IEPs and behavior plans as directed by supervising clinicians
- Collect data on student progress and maintain detailed records of daily activities and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Communicate regularly and professionally with supervising BCBAs and rest of the support team
- Create a supportive, encouraging environment that motivates students to thrive in their academic and social development
