Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current RBT certification and relevant state license required
  • Experience working in educational settings (elementary, middle, or high schools) is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Passion for empowering students and supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to students
  • Accurately implement IEPs and behavior plans as directed by supervising clinicians
  • Collect data on student progress and maintain detailed records of daily activities and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with supervising BCBAs and rest of the support team
  • Create a supportive, encouraging environment that motivates students to thrive in their academic and social development
