Desired Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification and active state license
  • Experience providing 1:1 behavioral support, preferably within school settings
  • Familiarity with the needs of elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Passion for helping children and youth succeed academically and socially

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral interventions tailored to individual students’ needs
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and responses
  • Work in cooperation with school teams to implement behavior intervention plans
  • Support students in a variety of settings, from classrooms to common areas
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and consultations with supervisory BCBA(s) and educators
