What you’ll bring:
- Active RBT certification and state license or eligibility
- Previous experience working 1:1 with students in schools, especially across K-12 settings
- Familiarity with implementing ABA therapy and behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and student success
What you’ll do:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to students, following individualized education and behavior plans
- Collect data and monitor student progress, reporting outcomes to BCBAs and other team members
- Participate in team meetings and help adapt behavior strategies for evolving student needs
- Foster a supportive, respectful relationship with students to motivate and encourage positive behaviors
- Support classroom routines alongside teachers, helping maintain an environment conducive to learning
- Uphold ethical standards in all interactions and safeguard student well-being
