Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children in an educational or behavioral health setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions for students in grades K through 8.
• Collect and record data to track student progress and intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to follow behavior intervention plans.
• Support students in mastering academic, social, and daily living skills in accordance with their individualized plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings throughout the school year.
• Provide timely feedback and communication to supervising staff as well as school personnel.
