Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid credentials as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA or supervising clinician
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, compassion, and a collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and group interventions using ABA strategies to students with diverse needs
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral responses
- Support teachers and school staff in implementing classroom management techniques
- Adapt instructional strategies to individual student requirements
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in team meetings
- Help create a positive, encouraging environment that promotes student growth
