Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid credentials as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA or supervising clinician
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, compassion, and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and group interventions using ABA strategies to students with diverse needs
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral responses
• Support teachers and school staff in implementing classroom management techniques
• Adapt instructional strategies to individual student requirements
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in team meetings
• Help create a positive, encouraging environment that promotes student growth
