Qualifications:

• Active OSPI Paraeducator Certification or an Associate’s Degree required
• RBT credential preferred
• Experience working with children or students in educational or behavioral health settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and support individualized behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers and behavior analysts to deliver effective behavioral interventions
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies and data-collection practices
• Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere in classrooms and throughout the school
• Maintain accurate records as required by the school and your supervising team
• Engage in ongoing communication with educators, support staff, and families as needed
