Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience as an RBT or working within schools strongly preferred

Responsibilities:
- Work onsite, engaging directly with students, teachers, and staff
- Carry out applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy interventions as directed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect, record, and document student behavioral data to guide individualized support plans
- Assist in developing behavioral interventions and implementing them in classroom settings
- Communicate progress and feedback regularly with educational teams and families
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and required protocols within the educational setting
