Soliant is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school district in Tatum, South Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year.

Schedule: Full-Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Setting: On-site only

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Ability to work effectively with students and school staff

Strong communication and behavior-support skills

School-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct behavioral support to students

Implement behavior intervention plans under appropriate supervision

Collect and document behavioral data

Assist students with behavioral, social, and academic goals

Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school professionals
