Key Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to follow individualized intervention plans and adapt support as needed
  • Dedication to upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or group behavioral interventions in classroom, resource, or common areas
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to support educational and behavioral goals
  • Implement positive reinforcement strategies and de-escalate challenging behaviors
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions as required
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interventions and outcomes
