Registered Behavior Technician in Bethel, CT

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required
• Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges, preferably in a school or middle school setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and empathy
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support and interventions tailored to the student’s needs
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies in the classroom
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the student’s academic and social growth
