Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings preferred.
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work patiently, compassionately, and effectively with students exhibiting a variety of behavioral needs.
- Adaptable, reliable, and able to follow established treatment plans and protocols.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect and accurately document data regarding student progress, behaviors, and interventions.
- Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined and provide constructive feedback to both students and supervising staff.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA.
- Maintain confidentiality in all student matters and adhere to school policies and ethical guidelines.
